AUGUST 15th - SUPERMARKET - BUCKMAN

SUPERMARKET is a BRAND NEW 50-Vendor Vintage, Handmade and Art market in the heart of the bustling Buckman neighborhood in SE Portland.

All photos are from past events organized by me! I have plenty of experience with market organizing (I have directed over 100 large-scale markets). You can take a look at my portfolio under the "Event Director" tab on the main page and contact me anytime with questions.

Please be sure to enter your email address correctly when purchasing your vendor pass -- we will be emailing you to get all of your business info using the email address you provide.

Important! PLEASE be sure to read all of the info below before purchasing your pass:

EVENT LOCATION AND HOURS: SUPERMARKET will take place in the Hinson parking lot at the corner of SE 19th + Salmon. Event hours are 11am to 5pm.

VENDORS: We are accepting VINTAGE, HANDMADE and ART VENDORS. Vendors are expected to assist in event promotion by utilizing social media to help promote the event to friends and followers using the promotional materials that will be provided to you.

LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT: Load-in will be open at 8am. Vendor load-in will be slightly staggered to allow vendors to drive directly up to vendors spaces to unload. Vendor parking is FREE and directly across the street from the event. 

VENDOR SPACES: Each pass purchased is good for a 10x10 vendor space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents and any furnishings (tables, chairs etc.) for the event. Electricity is NOT available for vendors at this event. Please be sure to bring weights for your tent.

APPLICATIONS: At this time, we are NOT requiring a vendor application as we are working to grow this event! We want to encourage both experienced vendors and those looking to get vending experience to this event.

REFUND POLICY: Vendor passes CANNOT be refunded after July 15th, 2026. If a pass is purchased before July 15th, 2026 and a vendor needs to cancel their pass, they will be refunded 50% of their vendor fee.

WEATHER POLICY: This will be a rain or shine event. 

EVENT ATTENDANCE: I can never predict or guarantee crowd size for any event but I promise to do my best to make this a profitable event for all.
